Amal Kumar Das comes with over three decades of industry experience including 15 years of experience in Strategic Talent Acquisition and Board Inductions.
He has completed his M.A. (Economics), MBA and Diploma in Training and Development and specializes in Human Resources in corporates across industries such as Engineering Projects and Infrastructure (EPI), Telecom, Life Sciences, Financial Services and FMCG.
He has worked in world class organisations such as Jindal, Shalimar Paints, CHR Global, Eicher and UTI in strategic and operational HR, Talent Acquisition and Assessment areas.
He has closed a large number of key senior & strategic talent acquisition mandates in groups like Uttam Galva Metallics Ltd, Essar Oil Ltd., Leela Group, Reliance Private Equity, Tata Steel, Idea Cellular, L&T among others.
He is also passionate about Assessments, Coaching and Mentoring of entrepreneurs, especially in the SME segment and has successfully assessed competencies, leadership styles in organizations such as Jindal Group, Kalpataru Group, Sharaf Group (Dubai), Mukand Steel, Peerless Group, Nagode Group (Africa).
He has also developed business partners in Selection Execution, Leadership Consulting, Assessments and partnership with the B-schools in India - IIM (Kashipur), KSOM and KIIT University.
He has been nominated for & holds many prestigious positions such as Director & Partner X-PM India (WIL Group), Part of the HR Committee of Bombay Chamber of Commerce & Industry (BCCI) for the 2nd term, Nominated as Chairman of ERA (Executive Recruiters Association) for the term April 2020 to March 2022.
