During his corporate assignments, He has been recognized as "Employee of the Month" several times, while one of his brands was nominated for an awarded by a reputed data analytics service provider, AWACS.

He has completed his Bachelor of Pharmacy from Rajgad Dyanpeeth College of Pharmacy, Pune (Batch of 1998) and also pursued a part-time MBA in Marketing from YMCOU, Nashik.
