He comes with proven expertise at Strategic Planning & Control, Creating Mega Pharmaceutical Brands, Profit Centre operations, Business Development, Client Relationship Management, Distribution Management and Learning & Development.

His rich and well balanced Corporate journey started as a Medical Representative and led into Product Executive / Manager, Marketing Manager, DGM roles, while retiring as GM – HR from Alembic Pharmaceuticals Limited.

  • Deft in working with ENTs’, Paediatricians, Dermas & Physicians.
  • Created several scientific programmes for ENTs & Paediatricians.
  • Built a brand named Azithral worth 179 crs in 2018. Currently 300+ cr brand.
  • Handled a team of 550 field force with Rs 200 Crores Annual Business while in Sales & Marketing
  • Spearheading implementation of Online modules on Digital Manager orientation for newly recruited managers / Competency enhancement programme for internal promoted managers / Functional orientation for Managers.
  • Skill development Workshops for non-performing Area Managers / Coaching of selected non-performing managers / Product training of the entire field force of the newly launched rural division / Online programme for 5 days consisting of Product & disease understanding, detailing, RCPA process, reporting process, evaluation and handover to division for strategy briefing
